We are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven professional to join our Talent & Learning team as Learning & Development Director. Our team is centered around the Company’s highest priorities, creating engaging and fulfilling employee experiences to support business strategy & enable Criteos to succeed today and thrive tomorrow. 

 Reporting to the Senior Director of our Talent & Learning Organization you’ll be leading a Global L&D Team. You will be responsible for the global L&D offer, enabling your team to design & deliver innovative and best in class learning experiences.  

We expect the Learning & Development Director to be a leader with a passion for development, a high level of flexibility & commitment. A proven record of managing a team, taking ownership, designing & delivering development programs in an innovative way, improving processes for time saving is key. Experience in a high growth organization is key as is work experience in intercultural environment.  

What are the key responsibilities of the role? 

  • You will lead, develop & motivate a team of around 9 L&D Professionals. 
  • Key to the success of this role is equipping our managers and individual contributors with the skillset & mindset to deliver on our strategy. 
  • You will develop and drive the Criteo L&D Strategy globally. This will include for EMEA, Americas and APAC regions. 
  • Due to the variety of businesses and learning needs the team supports, the work requires a high degree of strategy to identify holistic learning needs, creativity in managing solutions, and agility and collaboration to deliver solutions worldwide. 
  • You will partner with People Business Partners to support functions in upskilling & reskilling (based on Development Needs Analysis) 
  • You will be in charge of ensuring there is a solid learning structure (processes, clarity in roles & responsibilities, dashboards) with a focus on employee experience & data orientation, providing strong learning KPIs and using them for decision making. 
  • You’ll take an agile and continuous improvement approach to iterate on the quality of outcomes, and effectiveness of learning experiences. 
  • You will leverage Criteo LMS; ensuring the user experience is positive with content curated regularly & going for quality, not quantity. 
  • You will deliver group coaching sessions and workshops to a targeted audience. 
  • You will manage the global L&D budget, procurement contracts, and external partners. 
Profil

  • A flexible leader who enjoys being hands on. You thrive on owning delivery in both leading your team, and in developing learning content through various methods (hybrid workshops, bite size learning, e-learning, coaching etc.) 
  • A change agent who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth and transformative environments that are dynamic and continually evolving. You have experience managing many concurrent interconnected training initiatives in complex matrixed environments and experience making actionable decisions in the absence of perfect information. 
  • You will have a proven record of driving alignment to decision by utilizing clear frameworks, excellent communication, and thoughtful data-driven analyses.  
  • You can create trusted relationships & work collaboratively with internal teams including People Business Partners, Talent Teams, DEI, Communication Teams & Sales & Product training teams. 
  • You have solid analytical acumen and bring this to bear in measuring and quantifying whether your programs met the objectives by evaluating behavioral change and capability development and can make a case for the impact this has on improving business metrics. 

What you bring to the table: 

  • 10+ years’ experience in Learning & Development role or leadership position inclusive of L&D responsibilities. 
  • Proven ability measuring and driving improvement across learning outcomes 
  • Deep experience of identifying needs, designing, creating and driving relevant and impactful learning experiences 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a range of learning tools and technologies 
  • Facilitation and instructional design experience, with an ability to adapt content real time to address needs 
  • Exceptional executive presence, leadership agility and demonstrated ability to advise and influence stakeholders, and inspire and lead a team of learning experts. 
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels and across functions and geographies 
  • Demonstrated ability to scale best practices across an organization 
  • Talent for blending innovation with pragmatic execution 
  • A coaching certification is a plus
