Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Global Learning Manager H/F basé(e) à PARIS 17.
Les missions :
As part of the Global HR team responsible for driving the new HR strategic priorities to support ambitious Clarins Unlimited 5 years strategic Plan, in a context of transformation and HRIS implementation, the Global Learning Manager has the following roles and responsibilities:
- Contribute to our HIRS learning module/Learning Management System (LMS) implementation by deploying the best digital learning platform for the company and define the right “business process” to offer the best experience to everyone.
- Lead the continuous improvement of our LMS & become the HR Digital Learning “referent” :
- Manage the solution (follow-up, support and training, key contact of the technical team)
- Train the local administrators and become HR Digital Learning “referent”
- Be in charge of the continuous improvement of the learning experience
- Prepare and animate the learning committees
- Monitor the KPI's and define the target to achieve / Report and leverage data of employee's Learning experience to assess company transformation about Learning
- Animate regular communications & change management actions to deploy a real culture of learning at Clarins
- Enrich and animate the global learning catalog
- Animate the management of the global learning catalog to guarantee a good level of readability & visibility
- Promote the learning offer to the HR community
- Deploy & Manage Global Training Master programs
- Support the design and the development of various Group-level trainings programs in line with business priorities
- Organize the roll-out of global trainings (blended, classroom, digital, tutorials…)
- Track ROI and bring insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
