Mission

About the Role
As a Technical Writer & Trainer in the Product Management team you will be responsible for producing and delivering documentation such as user guides, in-product help pages, release notes, sample and tutorial instructions, stand-alone guides, and internal reference documentation. You will have to collaborate with product manager and customer support to identify customer needs and use cases.

Proven ability to quickly understand deeply technical content and translate it into easy-to-understand content for a variety of users is necessary.

This could include: configuration/integration documentation, system diagrams, database documentation guides, API documentation, developer guides, and/or other highly technical content.

In addition to the documentation you will be in charge of developing, organizing and delivering technical training programs, related materials and/or interactive courseware for internal employees.
