YOUR MISSION You’ll be responsible for the training and development process at corporate level identifying the most performing training tools with the goal to optimize the learning experience of our employees around the globe.
• Support of the implementation and use of training tools at an international scope • Provide advice for the “digitalization” of training (e-learning) • Identify and deploy collaborative tools to support our network of trainers and trainees • Supplier relationship management (call for tenders, contracts, business model) • Manage and analyse the international training activity and define its strategy • Assure a constant surveillance of the external training market to spot new training solutions and suppliers
