The main responsibility for the position of the Learning Coordinator is to manage the deployment of several training programs by coordinating different actors: Learning program managers, HR training managers on sites, internal trainers, participants as well as external provider involved in.

You will be accountable for the delivery of training programs deployed by Central Learning. You will be in charge of maintaining all the documents linked to the training: training material, training guides or check list for trainers, technical sheets linked to each training...

You will be also in charge of post training follow-up (evaluation sent, evaluation analysis, ALPS data quality check in coordination with the Back Office (where applicable)…

Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the different actors « HR training managers + trainers + participants + providers + support services + Back Office » to ensure smooth deployment of a central learning training program (supervised by Learning Program Manager)

  • Manage the deployment planning of each training program with the Program Manager

  • Ensure that the training sessions are running in an optimize way / full house through periodic communication with the different actors.

  • Ensure the training logistics requirements are met: training material made available at the training location, room setting, room equipment, catering…

  • Monitor that the administration actions previous to the training date are completed by the Back-Office or HR contact in a timely manner: registrations in the Learning tool, follow-up, sending confirmations e-mail, attendance sheets, ALPS updates…

  • Monitor the post-training actions : quality control of the data registered in ALPS by Back-Office, analysis of post training feedback reports if requested and suggestions of improvement to Program Managers

  • Ensure an optimized coordination between Learning Transport team (Paris) and Back-Office external team (India) in order to fine-tune the volume of training management.

  • Maintain an updated list of internal trainers and if required, other inventories linked to training (based on Learning Director requests)

  • Provide timely inputs on agreed KPI’s.

  • Help and Support on organization of events for the Learning team and community.

  • Support all stakeholders : HR/training Manager, Trainers, participants… and answer their requests, provide news and advices on the training programs

Profil

University degree (Bac + 3 min) in Oragnization/logistics, Human Resources, Training, Project Management….

Language: fluent in English and French + ideally another language (Spanish, German…)

Minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • A complex organization with multiple contacts
  • A multicultural environment
  • Time bounds and complex planning activities
  • A first experience in HR, training would be appreciated
