Mission
This is a 6 month maternity cover role based at our Paris office.
At Apple we are committed to delivering a best in class experience in all aspects of our business, and delivery of sales training both online and in the classroom is no exception. The online training course content delivered to our channel partners enables our users to provide a first class experience and service at a point of sale or through an Apple Authorised Reseller. The Apple Sales Web provides essential resources and support to our channel partners to enable them to execute Apple’s Sales and Marketing programs. Our goal is to develop creative course materials that inspire Apple’s channel sales force and channel partners to become engaged and willing to participate in the learning process.
This role will play a key part in managing and supporting the execution of Apple’s eLearning and Sales readiness programs. This person would be responsible for publishing Apple’s eLearning sales training courses by publishing sales readiness content on the Apple Sales Web (ASW).
The target audience would include any sales force selling Apple Products, including (but not limited to) the Telecom channel (Carrier’s sales force at point of sale, Carrier’s telesales, Telecom specialists’ sales force), Apple Premium Resellers, Apple Authorised Resellers and Consumer Electronic Retailers at point of sale.
This role would require a close working relationship with Telecom, Prosumer and Retail Program Teams in EMEIA, to understand the key requirements for eLearning and Sales & Marketing content published on ASW.
The ideal candidate must have proven solid web publishing skills and be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands high quality, creativity, and consistency. They will be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.

• Experience working in a Training organisation or delivering training.
• Apple product knowledge
• Graphic design, multimedia, and web development experience
• Good Training related data analysis skills
Description
• Manage the Sales Readiness and eLearning team.
• Support the coordination and communication of Apple’s eLearning sales training program within EMEIA and WW
• Support the coordination and communication of content on ASW within EMEIA and WW
• Publishing, update and maintenance of Apple sales training eLearning content
• Publishing, update and maintenance of content on Apple Sales Web
• Provide user email support and troubleshooting
• Validation of sales tools for ASW at a country level
• Supporting and delivery of eLearning program rewards (certificates)
• Provide key metrics and reporting, using in-house reporting tools.
• Gathering, analysing and sharing of feedback from users
• Assess course content for revision and continuous improvement purposes
• Apply Apple standards to all aspects of work projects
• Continuously enhance own web design and publishing skills
