Responsibilities:
Responsible for successful implementation of our Lumesse solutions, for new and existing customers 
Analysing customer requirements and work processes in workshops and preparing documentation 
Responsible for verification and testing of implemented SaaS solutions 
Must be comfortable holding training sessions for small and medium-sized groups 
Building new and maintaining existing customer relationships 
Engaged in the sales phase through demonstrations, preparing specifications and participating in marketing activities 

You will receive training at one of our European offices and will be based in Paris. 
You will work alongside professional colleagues in an international and highly inspirational environment at the market leader within the sector. Profil
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working within HR or IT with a focus on HR systems, IT projects or implementation of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions 
The ability to work analytically and deliver projects in a structured way through use of an industry recognised methodology 
The ability to lead projects and work under pressure with short deadlines 
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus. 
The ability to analyse business needs and convert them into functional requirements. 

Additional Information:
Have worked with (HR-related) database software 
A good technical understanding, including databases, IT infrastructure and security 
Experience of working within system configuration, business processes and procedures 
As our software focuses on Talent Acquisiton, Strategic HR and Talent Management, experience of HR processes is an advantage
